Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you (and, if applicable, the business you represent) and Langly Inc. ("Langly," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of recepso.com and the Recepso AI voice receptionist application (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Recepso provides an AI-powered voice agent that answers inbound calls to a phone number associated with your account, engages callers, qualifies leads, and can book appointments based on configuration you provide. The Service is offered on a subscription basis with the plan tiers described atrecepso.com/pricing.

3. Free trial and subscriptions

New accounts may start a free trial as described at checkout. After the trial period, continued use of the Service requires an active paid subscription billed through our payment processor, Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide to configure your AI receptionist.
• You are responsible for complying with applicable law regarding call recording, telemarketing, and consumer protection in the jurisdictions where you operate.
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. AI-generated responses

The Service uses an AI voice agent to interact with callers. While we work to make responses accurate and helpful, AI-generated responses may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing call transcripts and following up with callers as needed, and should not rely on the Service for situations requiring guaranteed accuracy (e.g. legal or medical advice).

6. Intellectual property and license

Langly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription term. We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, models, and content we provide, other than the business configuration data you supply.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for Langly. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Langly's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
